Our story began in 1972 when Dr. John R. Burchfield, Sr. established the practice in Golden, Colorado. In 1998, his son, Dr. John M. Burchfield, Jr., joined him, and together they provided trusted, compassionate dental care for 13 years until Dr. Burchfield, Sr.’s retirement in 2011.
Today, Dr. John M. Burchfield, Jr. carries on his father’s legacy—grounded in integrity, personal care, and a commitment to excellence—while continuously incorporating the latest advancements in dental techniques to ensure a thorough and comfortable patient experience.
In July 2025, we welcomed Dr. Lauren Ballew to the team. She joins Dr. Burchfield in our ongoing mission to deliver outstanding dental care to every generation. Together with our dedicated staff, Dr. Burchfield and Dr. Ballew are honored to support you and your family’s oral health and are committed to earning your trust, respect, and long-term loyalty.
